Welcome to our new blog! I wanted to create a space to share our life with Sidney with our family and friends. I am going to try to keep this page updated, so please check back often. We will be sharing pictures, stories and hopefully some videos of our little man.
First up, our Christmas holiday with Michael's parents, Barbara and Angelo. We visited them in Pagosa Springs, Colorado for Sid's first Christmas. We spent 10 days with them and had a blast. Sid got to see snow for the first time and even tried his hand at sledding. The adventure started with a four-hour delay at the Denver airport due to snow. Sid was in good spirits as you can see in this photo. 
There was a woman next to us that said Sid made the time go by quickly, because he was flirting with her! Wherever we go he always seems to fixate on a woman and entertains her by making eyes at her and just being his cute, outgoing self.
After a good night's rest, we took Sid outside for some playtime in the snow..
This day was also Christmas Eve. After exploring the snow, we went inside and Sid spend the day snuggling up with his grandparents...
He also showed off his new skill: rolling a ball!
He then got to open one present..
He seemed to enjoy eating the paper more than opening the gift...
Christmas Day arrived..
He got a cool drum from Aunt Melissa..
He wasn't sure what to think of Mom's new hat..
After opening presents, it was time for some exercise..
Is there a better way to end Christmas than falling asleep in Grandma's arms?

meh, it's kind of like mySpace - i was on a different site first, so i've never gotten into it. same with blogspot - i've had my livejournal for a couple years, so when i went to blogger to try and do a graphics journal, i was into it for a few weeks, and now i haven't touched it in forever. *shrugs* not that it really matters... it's just the internet. =P

Gramma and Grampa from Colorado miss you very much. We can't believe how fast you are growing up! Be sure to thank your Mom and Dad for posting all the photos of you and keeping us updated on all the things you can do. It sure has been quiet around here since you left; I miss your vocal performances and splashy baths especially. And those snuggles! Lots and Lots of Love, G & G.
