Hanging with Mommy 2.13.08

Dad went to White City last week, so it was just Mommy and me. One morning I decided I wanted to wear my Shrek jammie top to daycare and Mommy let me. I think I looked quite stylish. What do you think?

That night, Mommy made us burritos for dinner. Some of you may know that beans and rice is one of my most favorites meals in the world. I may be a messy eater, but that's only because I know how to truly enjoy a meal.

This corn is dee-licious.

After all that food, it was bath time!

When I'm in the tub, I like to pretend to drink the water. Mommy says, "eew, gross" and I think that's the funniest thing in the world and put my devilish grin on my face.

Visit to McMinnville 2.9.08

One Saturday, Mom took me up to McMinnville to visit my Uncle Greg and my cousins. We met at the bowling ally. Mom let me bowl a few times, which was fun, but most of the time I was pretty bored. I did enjoy rolling the bowling balls around on the racks, but most of the stuff I wanted to do, Mom wouldn't let me. I threw tons of fits and almost succeeded in driving her crazy.

Once we got to Uncle Greg's house, I had a good time. I got to hang out for a long time with McKenna and Kylie and get to know my Uncle Greg a little better. I had a lot of fun.

Kylie is so cool. She can bend like a pretzel & do Kung Fu.

Sid's Masterpiece - Completed (2.8.08)

I worked for days on this drawing! Mommy took these pictures of it the day before I decided it was completed and I erased it.

Sid's Masterpiece - A work in progress

I learned how to erase on my chalkboard and at first I erased everything I drew. However, I've been working on this masterpiece for a few days now. I need to get Mommy to take another picture before I reach completion and erase it, so look out for part II. (2.5.08)

Gilbert House (2.2.08)

Mom and Dad took me to Salem to meet my friend, Ava. Ava's mommy is the person Mommy has known the longest outside of family. Her name is Kim. Gilbert House, where we met, is the best place ever. You get to learn AND have fun. Check out this cool knob I got to turn!

There was a toddler room with toys I love.

Here's Ava and I sorting.

Isn't Ava beautiful?

A big chocolate chip. Mmmm.

Ava and I spent some time looking out the window.

This is the castle room. There were dress up clothes, a stage and a wooden horse.

Sailing our boat...

In the Asian room, there was this really cool creek. I spent some time examining it.

I got a late Christmas gift on this day also. An easel. And Mommy got me some horses from the Dollar Tree. I am so spoiled.

Fun with Glass (2.1.08)

I like to make funny faces behind the glass of our entertainment center.
