I am so thrilled to have gotten some video up here. I will be adding more now that I've discovered how easy it is.
First up though, I need to put a better picture of myself and Sid up. Everytime I open this blog, I cringe at that nasty photo of me! I must redeem myself.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way (sorry it's so big), I think I said in one of my last posts that I would share what Sid is up to now. Let's see, he's doing so many new things. Lately, he's been crying whenever we let the dogs out! He also cries when I drop him of at daycare. Tanya has assured me that he stops as soon as I'm out the door though. When I pick him up in the afternoon, he always laughs when we get to her door to leave and when we get to our front door here at home.
He is also starting to try to pull himself up and is beginning to get onto his hands and knees. He still just does an army crawl, but he is perfectly capable of getting where he wants to go. I don't think he's highly motivated to go very far, which is good I hear.
He loves stuff with wheels and he loves to destroy anything made with legos or any kind of tower-like structure. He loves playing with his new bowling set. He also loves to open and close drawers. He's a very charming little baby and is already quite the ladies man. He's waking up from his nap, so I gotta go get him!
OK, he just downed a six ounce bottle in preparation for dinner. We are constantly amazed by how much food this boy can put away. Last night he had spaghetti and eggplant for dinner. He seems to love everything. Here are a few pictures we took when he was playing in his room. He's got his tent set up, so sometimes we like to play in it...

After he was done playing in his tent, Dad decided to put this bowl on his head..
On Feb 3, we went to Kathy's house and celebrated a late Christmas with her, McKenna and Kylie. They gave Sid some great stuff that he has been enjoying ever since. It all began with a bag that was bigger than Mr. Sidney himself.
Here's him with his bowling set. He might be as good of a bowler as his Grampa Jay!

Aunt Kathy gave him a few pointers:

Here's Aunt Kathy unwrapping the blocks that came with Sid's truck. He LOVES this truck. He pushes it back and forth.
While I'm waiting for pictures to upload, I'll just mention a few more things about Sid. He's such a good boy. He's very social, but he's also good at entertaining himself. He loves to throw things. He loves bigger kids and has many friends at daycare. The other day when I dropped him off, the older kids were out on the street heading to school. When they saw us coming they waited until we parked and when I opened up Sid's door they were all right there to tell him good morning. They are so sweet. Tanya said that when they come home from school, everyone wants to feed Sid and play with him. The two oldest girls, who are around 12, give him kisses and love. On Valentine's Day, they were kissing him and he would do this goofy giggle, which would make them laugh and then they would kiss him some more. I told you he's a ladies man!
Here are some pics I took on February 8th. Sid's wearing his jeans and looking like a big boy!

(No he's not peeing in the corner, he's playing with his table!)

OK, two more and then it's time to get Sid ready for bed. Night ya'll.
